A class starts with an opening mantra and builds through floor stretches to standing exercises and into free dance. Flowing gentle stretches and deeply relaxing the body before leading into rhythmic, breath-coordinated standing movements and dance steps that induce high-energy states. The free dance is followed by a deep relaxation and the class rounds off with a moving meditation accompanied by a mantra. Contribution: £15 per workshop (£12 booked and paid in advance).Bring comfortable clothing, your own yoga mat and blanket.

A form of spontaneous improvised theatre; personal stories, memories and experiences are given artistic expression by the actors, and everyday events are transformed into dramatic and compassionate theatre. It is a powerful tool for affirming life experiences and building community. It is a vehicle for promoting the unheard voice, active participation and empathy.
